- 4 tilapia fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice and zest of 2 fresh lemons
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, pepper, and paprika to create the marinade.
- Place tilapia fillets in a shallow dish and coat them well with the marinade. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F or 200°C).
- Lightly oil the grill grates. Grill the marinated tilapia for about 3-4 minutes on each side until opaque and flaking easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over each fillet before serving.
