Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your kitchen counter.

- Add honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and nut butter; mix until sticky.
- Fold in lemon zest and chia seeds (if using).
- Scoop out mixture and roll into one-inch balls.
- Chill the energy balls on a parchment-lined tray for 30 minutes before serving.
