Instructions
- Gather all ingredients for efficient cooking.
- Cook rice according to package instructions (15-20 minutes).
- Heat oil in a skillet; season steak with salt and pepper, then sear for 4-5 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove steak to rest; sauté sliced onions and bell peppers in the same skillet for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Slice rested steak against the grain into thin strips.
- Assemble bowls: layer rice, sautéed veggies, and sliced steak. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Garnish with green onions and sriracha if desired. Serve warm.
