Ingredients
- 12 slider buns
- 12 oz high-quality corned beef, sliced
- 6 oz Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Slice slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in the baking dish.
- Layer corned beef on the bottom halves, followed by Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and drizzle with Thousand Island dressing.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the assembled ingredients and brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes; then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders. Serve warm.
