- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by slicing the ribeye steak, onion, and green bell pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions and peppers until softened (about 5-7 minutes).
- Push veggies aside, add ribeye to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 5 minutes).
- Lower heat, top with provolone cheese, cover briefly until melted (about 2-3 minutes).
- Assemble sandwiches by spooning the steak mixture into hoagie rolls.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
