Instructions
- 1. Marinate the chicken: Submerge chicken breasts in buttermilk in the fridge for at least 1 hour (up to overnight).
- 2. Prepare dredging station: In one bowl, mix flour with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt; leave another bowl empty.
- 3. Coat the chicken: Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge in seasoned flour until well-coated.
- 4. Fry the chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry each chicken breast for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp at least 165°F).
- 5. Assemble the sandwich: Spread mayonnaise mixed with Sriracha on each brioche bun. Add fried chicken, lettuce, and pickles.
