Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5 minutes until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add diced onions and minced garlic; sauté for about 3 minutes until soft.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the mixture and stir well to combine.
- Pour in diced tomatoes (with juices), black beans, corn, and chicken broth; stir to mix.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and let simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream until fully integrated, allowing it to heat through without boiling again.
- Serve warm topped with shredded cheese and optional garnishes like crushed tortilla chips.
