- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups fresh coleslaw mix
- 4 toasted buns (brioche or whole grain)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- Pickles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil on the skillet or brush on the grill grates. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- During the last few minutes, brush BBQ sauce on both sides of the chicken to caramelize.
- Toast the buns until golden brown while chicken rests.
- Slice chicken if desired and stack on each bun. Top with coleslaw and pickles if using.
