Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide ground beef into four equal portions (4 ounces each) and gently form them into loose balls.
- Smash each ball onto the hot surface until about half an inch thick.
- Season with salt and pepper; cook undisturbed for 3 minutes.
- Flip patties and add cheese; cook until melted.
