- 2 lbs beef ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- For the Dry Rub: 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Pat the beef ribs dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Generously coat each rib with the dry rub mixture and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Place seasoned ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet and cover tightly with foil. Bake for about 3 hours until fork-tender.
- Remove from oven, brush ribs with BBQ sauce, and broil for 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
