- 2 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 French baguette or ciabatta loaf
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Add chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). Grill or bake the marinated chicken for about 20-25 minutes until fully cooked and charred.
- Prepare Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, blend softened butter with minced garlic and chopped cilantro. Spread generously over sliced bread.
- Assemble & Bake: Chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces. Lay garlic-buttered bread on a baking sheet and top with chicken pieces. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
