Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by slicing the bread and jalapeños.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with sliced jalapeños until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on one slice of bread and layer it with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Top with another slice of bread.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
