Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: Mince garlic and gather all ingredients.
- Cook chicken: In a large pot over medium heat, sauté chicken thighs in olive oil until golden brown (about 6 minutes per side).
- Build broth: Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, then pour in chicken broth and simmer. Stir in Sriracha sauce.
- Cook noodles: Add ramen noodles to the bubbling broth and cook according to package instructions (about 3 minutes).
- Make sauce: In a bowl, mix cream cheese with soy sauce; gradually add hot broth until smooth.
- Serve: Ladle ramen into bowls, drizzle with creamy garlic sauce, and garnish as desired.
