- 8 oz spaghetti
- 3 tbsp buldak sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz bacon, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook diced bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic in the bacon fat until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in buldak sauce and heavy cream; mix until well combined and heated through.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until evenly coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese and chopped green onions before serving hot.
