- 8 corn tortillas (soft)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onion until translucent; add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned (about 6-8 minutes), breaking it apart as you go. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for about five minutes until flavors meld.
- Warm tortillas according to package instructions.
- Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and top with your choice of fresh ingredients.
