Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine carrot pieces with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
- Spread the seasoned carrots evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender, flipping halfway through for even caramelization.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving directly from the baking sheet or on plates.
