Instructions

- Place a beef ball on the hot surface and smash down with a spatula for a thin patty; cook for 3 minutes.
- Flip patties, add cheese, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Toast buns cut-side down on the skillet in the last minute of cooking.
- Assemble burgers with desired toppings and serve immediately.
