- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
Instructions
- Marinate the Steak: Slice flank steak against the grain into thin strips. Combine olive oil, lime juice, and fajita seasoning in a bowl. Add steak strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare Vegetables: Slice bell peppers and onion into thin strips.
