- 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 8 flour tortillas (8-inch)
Instructions
- Slice the chicken into thin strips. Cut the bell peppers and onion into similar-sized strips.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken and vegetables with olive oil and fajita seasoning until well coated. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated mixture and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Serve with desired toppings such as sour cream, guacamole, or cheese.
