Instructions
- Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté seasoned shrimp for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Warm tortillas in another skillet until pliable (about 1 minute per side).
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla, topping with cabbage, cilantro, and lime juice.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream or Greek yogurt with lime juice and hot sauce; drizzle over tacos.
- Serve immediately.
