Instructions

- Cut bell peppers and red onion into thin strips.

- Spread seasoned chicken and veggies evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and veggies are tender.
