Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
- Marinate the sliced flank steak for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Cook until browned (3-4 minutes), then stir in chopped scallions.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles, drizzling any remaining sauce on top.
