- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs (plain or seasoned)
- ½ cup ketchup (plus extra for glaze)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton onion soup mix, eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce until well mixed.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the greased pan; spread additional ketchup on top for a glaze.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
