- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from skillet and let rest before shredding with forks.
- Mash avocados in a bowl with lime juice and chopped cilantro.
- On each tortilla, spread mashed avocado, add shredded chicken, and top with additional toppings if desired.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
- Serve immediately with lime juice or hot sauce.
