  • 4 lobster tails (68 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter until bubbly. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes on low heat. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Place lobster tails in the prepared baking dish and pour the creamy garlic butter sauce generously over them.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. Drizzle any remaining sauce over before serving.
