Ingredients
Scale
- 4 lobster tails (6–8 oz each)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Using kitchen shears, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter until bubbly. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes on low heat. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Place lobster tails in the prepared baking dish and pour the creamy garlic butter sauce generously over them.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. Drizzle any remaining sauce over before serving.
