Ingredients
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 10 oz mini marshmallows (or regular marshmallows)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter completely. Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually fold in Rice Krispies until well combined, being careful not to crush the cereal.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan using a spatula or wax paper.
- Allow to cool for about an hour before cutting into squares.
