- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- Gather a large mixing bowl, saucepan, spatula, and an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In the saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and quickly mix in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Lightly grease the baking dish and pour in the mixture, pressing down firmly with hands or spatula to form an even layer.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
