- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Wash and slice peaches if using fresh ones. If using frozen peaches, let them sit for about 10 minutes.
- In a blender, combine the peaches, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy (about 30 seconds).
- Add ice cubes and blend again for an additional 20 seconds until frosty.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup; blend briefly to mix.
- Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with peach slices or mint leaves if desired.
