Instructions
- Peel and chop the ripe mangoes into chunks.
- In a blender, combine mango chunks, yogurt, milk, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
- Add ground cardamom and blend briefly to incorporate.
- Pour into glasses filled with ice or chilled water; garnish with mint if desired.
