Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes (about 2 cups, diced)
- 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 cup iced water or milk (more if needed)
Instructions
- Peel and dice the ripe mangoes into chunks.
- In a blender, combine mango chunks, yogurt, honey or sugar, cardamom, and iced water or milk. Blend until smooth.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more water or milk if necessary.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Pour into tall glasses and garnish with crushed pistachios or mint leaves if desired.
