Instructions
- Start by dicing the mangoes into small cubes.
- Rinse the black beans under cool water until no foam appears.
- Finely chop the red onion and bell pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the mangoes, black beans, red onion, bell pepper, and chopped cilantro.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let the salsa sit for about 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips or alongside grilled meats.
