- 1 cup kale, chopped

Instructions
- Wash all greens thoroughly and chop kale into smaller pieces for easier blending.
- In a blender, combine chopped kale, cucumber slices, apple chunks, mint leaves, and lemon juice.
- Pour in water or coconut water.
- Blend on high until smooth and vibrant green.
- Taste and adjust by adding more lemon juice if desired.
- Serve chilled over ice in glasses or mason jars, garnished with mint leaves or cucumber slices.
