Instructions
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- In a blender, combine cucumber chunks, spinach, lemon juice, ginger slices, green apple pieces, and mint leaves. Pour in water or coconut water.
- Blend on high until smooth. If too thick, gradually add more water until desired consistency.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with honey or additional lemon juice if needed.
- Serve over ice in glasses garnished with mint leaves or cucumber slices.
