  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  2. Thinly slice the red onion and soak in cold water for about 10 minutes to mellow its flavor. Add to the bowl.
