Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly. Cut watermelon into bite-sized cubes and halve the strawberries.
- Slice kiwis into rounds or wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits gently to maintain their shape.
- Add chopped mint and squeeze lime juice over the fruit mixture.
- Mix gently to combine flavors, then taste and adjust sweetness with honey if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
