- 2 cups seedless grapes (red or green)
- Zest of 1 medium lime (about 1 tablespoon)
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the seedless grapes thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Zest the lime using a microplane until you have about one tablespoon of zest.
- Cut the lime in half and squeeze out two tablespoons of fresh lime juice into a bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the grapes with lime zest and juice until evenly coated. If using honey, drizzle it over and mix well.
- Spread the grape mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least two hours, or until solid.
- Transfer frozen grapes to an airtight container or zip-top bag for easy snacking.
