Instructions
- Wash the cucumber thoroughly; peel if desired. Grate the cucumber using a box grater or food processor.
- Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated cucumber using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Fold in the drained cucumber and herbs, adjusting seasoning as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
