Instructions
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and dice the tomatoes.
- Finely slice the red onion and chop the herbs.
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and herbs.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice; season generously with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently until well combined. Chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
