Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 cups filtered or sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Wash the cucumber and mint leaves under cold water. Peel the cucumber if desired.
- Slice the cucumber into thin rounds to maximize flavor infusion.
- In a pitcher, muddle half of the mint leaves gently to release their oils.
- Add the sliced cucumber and lemon juice to the pitcher. Pour in the water and stir gently.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve over ice, garnished with extra mint leaves or cucumber slices.
