Instructions
- Hull and rinse the strawberries under cold water.
- Blend strawberries with sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
- Mix in Greek yogurt or sour cream and pulse until creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
