Instructions
- Rinse the watermelon and cucumber under cold water. Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, diced cucumber, and chopped mint leaves.
- Drizzle fresh lime juice and honey over the mixture. Gently toss until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with salt to enhance flavors and toss gently again.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
