Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by cutting the avocados in half and removing the pit.
- In a bowl, scoop out the avocado flesh and mash it lightly with a fork until smooth yet textured.
- Add lime juice, cilantro, garlic, salt, and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender, add vegetable broth, and blend until silky smooth.
- Taste test and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with extra cilantro or sour cream before enjoying.
