Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Gather all ingredients and finely chop garlic.
- Cook the pasta: In a large pot over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add pasta and vegetable broth.
- Add flavor: Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice once the pasta starts cooking. Stir to combine.
- Toss in cheese: When the pasta absorbs most of the liquid, sprinkle grated Parmesan on top. Stir until melted.
- Season: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot: Garnish with extra lemon zest or herbs if desired.
