- 8 ounces fettuccine or spaghetti
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Chop garlic, grate Parmesan, and cut steak into bite-sized cubes.
- Sear the steak: Heat half the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes and sear until golden brown (3-4 minutes).
- Add garlic: Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Make the creamy sauce: Remove steak temporarily. Melt remaining butter, then add heavy cream while stirring until smooth.
- Cook pasta: Simultaneously, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and mix into the creamy sauce along with Parmesan cheese.
- Combine: Return steak bites to the skillet, toss gently, and simmer for 1-2 minutes before serving.
