Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs, and evaporated milk. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F (220°C), then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes until set.
- Allow cooling at room temperature for at least two hours before serving.
