Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Marinate the lamb chops in a ziplock bag or shallow dish for at least 30 minutes (preferably overnight).
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated lamb chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until seared and reaching an internal temperature of 145°F for medium-rare.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with your favorite sides.
