Ingredients

  • Lamb Chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • Garlic (fresh cloves)
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • Olive Oil (extra virgin)
  • Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the lamb chops in a ziplock bag or shallow dish for at least 30 minutes (preferably overnight).
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the marinated lamb chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until seared and reaching an internal temperature of 145°F for medium-rare.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with your favorite sides.
