- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add the chicken breasts gently to avoid splattering.
- Sear each side for 6-7 minutes until golden brown; flip when crust forms.
- Add fresh rosemary and squeeze lemon juice over the chicken after flipping.
- Cook for another 5-6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Transfer chicken to a plate and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
