- 2 medium russet potatoes

- Your favorite toppings (butter, sour cream, cheese, chives)
Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry the russet potatoes.
- Poke holes in each potato using a fork to allow steam to escape during cooking.
- Coat each potato lightly with olive oil and sprinkle generously with kosher salt.
- Place the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 35-40 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.
- Carefully remove from the air fryer, cut open, and add your desired toppings before serving.
