- 24 Oreos (for crust and filling)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Extra Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes until firm, then let it cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until fluffy.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold it gently into the cream cheese mixture, then add roughly chopped Oreos.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
