  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Extra Oreos for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Bake the crust for 10 minutes until firm, then let it cool completely.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until fluffy.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold it gently into the cream cheese mixture, then add roughly chopped Oreos.
  5. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
