Instructions

  4. In another bowl, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth it out. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
